Our Women in Energy program provides a company-wide forum for education, mentoring and camaraderie that benefits all of our female employees. The mission of the program is to support the women at Chesapeake Utilities in engaging with one another and to encourage the open exchange of ideas and experiences for the betterment of all. Throughout the year, the Women in Energy steering committee hosts events, speaking engagements, webinars and other opportunities to enable our female employees to connect while sharing their unique experiences in the energy industry and professional and personal knowledge.
